As Group Director Quality and Improvement, Faye focuses on developing effective systems to ensure the organisation delivers the best possible outcomes for the people kaimahi work alongside.
Faye has been part of the Emerge Aotearoa whānau for more than six years, initially as the Southern Regional Manager. In her current role, she oversees Quality and Improvement, Risk Management, Assurance, Communications and Marketing, Business Development and the Project Management Office.
Earlier in her career, Faye trained as an Occupational Therapist, specialising in Forensic Psychiatric care, working at the Canterbury District Health Board and Good Health Whanganui. She also has experience in organisation development; policy and procedure project work; implementing an IT client management system; quality improvement; and facilitating regional planning and development of Mental Health and Addictions services in the South Island Shared Service Agency (now South Island Alliance Programme Office).
Faye has also completed a Bachelor of Business (Management), majoring in Marketing and Communications, and PRINCE2 project qualifications.
