Adam is an experienced governor, in both business and social spaces.
A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, Adam is a business consultant, who was previously Managing Partner of accounting and advisory firm BDO Wellington and Head of Advisory and Director of Innovation for BDO New Zealand.
He is Chair of the Health and Safety consultancy HazardCo Ltd, and a Board member of the Crown Entity, Social Workers Registration Board. As well as governance, Adam’s expertise includes strategic and business planning; business growth facilitation; and management, merger and acquisition negotiations.
Adam is currently a Strategic Adviser to Veterinary Professional Insurance Society and a consultant for Spotlight Reporting Ltd.
